This page is for the Fitness.ee app by Fit Labs OÜ, on iPhone and Android, and for accounts on turg.fitness.ee. You don’t need the app to ask for deletion.
In the app: Me → Delete account. It takes effect at once.
Without the app: write to info@fitness.ee from the address on your account, and say you want it deleted. We check that the request is yours, delete the account and reply within one month.
If you use the app without an account
In the app: Me → Delete everything on this phone. It takes effect at once.
Without the app: an account without email holds no name or email address, so a message can’t show us which account is yours. Its food diary is deleted after 90 days without use. To delete the rest sooner, install the app on the same phone, or with the same Apple or Google account: it continues the same account, and you can delete it as above.
What is deleted
At once: your email address, sign-in identities, consent records, check-ins, answers, missions and other rewards activity. Your FitCoin balance is forfeited.
Within 30 days: your food diary and body data in BurnWeek, including what came from Apple Health or Health Connect.
Meal photos are deleted with them. Earlier stored versions and backups can remain for a limited time, up to 30 days for backups, before they are purged.
What is kept
Order and payment records: 7 years, as Estonian accounting and tax law requires.
Bookkeeping records of FitCoin and XP movements: only under a random identifier that no longer links to you.
Only your food diary
To delete your food diary and keep your account, withdraw your consent in the app: Me → Nutrition settings → Withdraw health-data consent, or write to info@fitness.ee. It is deleted within 30 days.
